For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server will automatically recognize your information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

IRS:

Each person joining our company is responsible for paying the IRS his/her own income tax. You are not an employee of our company. For IRS purposes you will be an independent contractor, not an employee of The Stepping Stone or it's parent company, G&S Consultants. You are therefore responsible to pay the IRS yourself on any income earned from The Stepping Stone or it's parent company, G&S Consultants. We will be sending out 1099 statements when a member reaches the amount of earnings required of us to declare. Your social security number will be used to send all members earning more than $600 a year a 1099 to be filed by that member with his federal income tax each year.

Information we collect:

We will be collecting you name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, and those that you enroll. This information will be used to track you and your down line in our company and to place you into the companies that we enter. No information will be shared with any other entities.

Payment policy:

Once you have 4 members anywhere in your down line (each paying you $5.00), TSS will deduct the $20.00 for your membership fees from your commissions. This saves you from having to pay us each month and us from having to give it right back to you in a commission check. .

Refund Policy:

100% refund of the $20.00, minus the cost to do so, will be given within 30 days of your initial sign in with no questions asked. If you have been a member for some time you may request to be dropped from our membership role by calling us at 512-216-2109 and leaving a message. Please leave your name, en-roller number, AND telephone number. Spell your name (first and last) slowly and clearly so we are sure to get the right information. Someone will then call you and ask if you indeed want to be dropped, before we delete you from our membership roles. Our, you may transfer your membership to someone else. Your membership also may be given to someone in you trust or will. This is YOUR membership and therefore it is yours to give to whomever you like. You MUST do this in writing to us.
