The Stepping Stone

Many of our TSS members know how to send out the e-mail leads we send on a monthly basis. Because we have been asked by so many of our TSS members who do not know how to do this, we are including here step by step directions.

You may use whatever program in your computer that you normally use to type or store written information. We suggest Word as it is easy to navigate and save files in. Simply open your word document and go to the number 2 on this page. Skip number 1.

1. If you do not have Microsoft Office on your computer(most computers come with a 30 day free trial and then you need to buy it) go to:
http://www.openoffice.org to down load a free version.

Here choose the second paragraph "I want to download OpenOffice.org" this is the free version. Be sure and read their terms and agreements and check the box before you continue.

Remember, if you already have Microsoft Word on your computer you do not need to do this.

Once you have downloaded OpenOffice.org you must then "run" the program and save it in your computer. You also must chose a site on your computer to save OpenOffice in. We chose to put it on the desk top for now as it is more readily available there.

When the blue and white icon appears in your "all files" from the start menu, double click it and it will bring up your free version of word.
On the top bar it will say---word.odb--OpenOffice.org Base
The second bar has your file-edit-view-insert, etc. commands
The third bar has a picture of a piece of paper with a blue bar across the top and an arrow to the right of it. Put your cursor on this arrow and right click it. A menu will drop down and you can explore the various things you can do in Open Office.

To start a new word document simply hold your mouse over the piece of paper, the word" new" will automatically appear. Left click on it and a new word document will open.

2. This is where you can save the e-mails leads that you get from TSS to send out at your convenience.

Open the e-mail in your account from TSS with your monthly leads. Start at the bottom right of the list of e-mails. Left click and HOLD the right mouse button as you scroll up to the top of the e-mail stopping after the first lead has been highlighted. Everything you have highlighted in this manner will turn blue or gray on some computers. Now right click your mouse and choose "copy". Go to your open office "new document", right click and chose "paste". The entire list of e-mail addresses are now in your "word" document. To save this document go to the bars at the top, choose "file" and left click it. Chose "save as" from the drop down menu and give this file a name that you will remember for future use. Once you have saved the file you can exit your word document or continue on to send out your e-mails.

3. To send the e-mails that you make up or the ones TSS sends as examples when we send the leads, in your saved word document highlight JUST the e-mail address you want to send out(remember--send only one at a time) by clicking at the left side of it with your mouse button. Hold your finger on the left mouse and scroll to the right untill the entire e-mail address is highlighted in blue. Right click and chose "copy". Now go to your e-mail program, chose "new e-mail", or "compose" or whatever your particular e-mail says when you want to compose a new e-mail to some one. In the "TO" line, usually the first one, click with your right mouse button and choose "paste". Your e-mail lead is now in this space. In the subject line you can copy and paste the sample subject that is sent with your e-mail leads in the same manner that you copied and pasted the leads e-mail address. Copy and paste the sample e-mail that goes with the "subject" you chose from the e-mail TSS sent you. Then go to the body of your e-mail, left click and then right click and choose "paste". The sample e-mail will appear. Hit send. Repeat these steps for each e-mail you send.

Remember we do not allow spamming.

We have chosen Veretekk as our first MLM company to enter our TSS members into for several reasons.

When a new member joins TSS, he/she is at the top of their matrix of 39 members. Each new member they en-roll will be placed into that matrix of 39. This makes it your own separate forced matrix. Also, each TSS member can place a new member in any position in their matrix. This means if someone on your 3rd level is having trouble en-rolling new members you may help them by placing a new member under them. Why is this important? The faster your group of 39 is filled the faster you will be entered into our MLM companies and begin making money from them. You will also go from Step 1-Step 2-Step 3 and so on in TSS and will be making more and more money with The Stepping Stone. Why should you continue to en-roll new members after your own 3x3 matrix is filled? Remember, these 39 will follow you into all our other MLM companies. One of these companies pays through the 9th level. The more you place in TSS for $20 a month, the faster you progress through all our MLM companies!

TSS will be doing a compression of ALL members by the end of August. What does this mean fo you, our members? For those of you who have not yet paid and still want to be in our down line, simply pay for July by the 31st and you will be among those being "rolled up". Why are we doing this?

As in all MLM companies, attrition occurs. On a monthly basis we will be doing a compression in our down line software to account for those empty spots. This means that all of our faithful members will be automatically given a lower number and be positioned closer to the top of the company. This is to help all our TSS members and to fill in the "holes". It is also done to reward those who are working diligently to make themselves a business and a better way of life with TSS.

This compression will be done the first time by the end of August, so again, if you want to be part of it, you need to pay July and August payments. However, we are using the last day of the month as your due dates for the present. This is because instead of going into Waiora first, we are going into Veretekk first. This means that we do not have to beat the deadline for Waiora, for the present time. As you become eligible to enter Wairoa, we will notify you that your payments now need to be paid no later than the 10th of each month. In the meantime we are using the last day of each month for your payment deadline.
