Multi Level Marketing
Multi-level marketing (MLM), is a term that describes a marketing structure used by some companies as part of their overall marketing strategy. The structure is designed to create a marketing and sales force by compensating promoters of company products and or services not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of other promoters they introduce to the company. This creates a down line of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation. The products or services and company are usually marketed directly to consumers and potential business partners by means of relationship referrals and word of mouth marketing.
Matrix plans: There are a limited number of representatives who can be placed on the first level. Recruits beyond the maximum number of first level positions allowed are automatically placed in other down line (lower level) positions. Matrix plans often have a maximum width and depth. When all positions in a representative's down line matrix are filled (maximum width and depth is reached for all participants in a matrix), your matrix is complete.
TSS's Matrix: TSS uses a 3x3 matrix structure for our down line, but we also help fill in the "holes". First of all we are a 3x3 matrix which is 3 on your first level, 9 on your second level, and 27 on your third level for a total in your completed down line of 39. What does this mean for you? You en-roll your first 4 and they are placed directly under you. You will receive a $5.00 commission each month from each of them earning you $20.00. Once that happens your TSS fee each month will be automatically deducted from your commissions--- -so it is VERY beneficial for each and everyone joining to en roll their first 3 ASAP and then help your 1st 3 en roll their 1st 3!
YOUR Own 3x3 TSS Forced Matrix: When you join you are at the top of your own 3x3 FORCED matrix. What does this mean? You join and begin placing others into your down line. They are placed in left to right positions. Your first new member is your first person on your first level, your 2nd new member is your 2nd person on your first level, your 3 new member is your 3rd new member on your first level, your 4th new member is your 1st person on your second level and so on until your entire down line of 39 is filled in. AS your members join they begin to en roll new members and the cycle is continued until they each have their own group of 39. But, because they are in your group of 39 you are helping them as they will be helping those under them. Keep in mind that you may place a new member in any position of your 39 positions that you choose. This means that you can place a new member in your 1st level, 2nd level, or 3rd level.
Anyone joining on line from our web site is placed into our existing down line in the first "empty position".
Why are we structuring our down line in this manner and what will this do for our members? When individuals fill in their own down line, there are often those who do not, or cannot find others to en-roll. Some never find their first 3!!! That leaves a "hole" in their down line. This is called the "Swiss Cheese Effect" and it is the death of most MLM Firms. AND, if they are under you---YOUR down line is NEVER filled. If you never were to get a full 3x3 matrix TSS will not be able to enter you or others in your matrix into our 2nd and 3rd MLM companies. You would not make any money. Because all our TSS members are working with their own 3x3 forced matrix and TSS fills in the empty spots with those joining from our web site without a sponsor, all members will eventually have their 3x3 group. So, your down line will continue to grow. However, the best way to get into $$$ fast is to get your first 3 ASAP and help them to get their first 3!
