1. No NEVER! $20.00 for USA members ($25.00 for all members outside the USA) is ALL it will ever cost! When your down line in The Stepping Stone (TSS) is full, (39 members) we will take the $195.00 and put you into our first company, Waiora

2. No, your commissions from TSS will pay for your Waiora products and your down line will follow you into Waiora, so you never have to do anything with any of the companies we enter you into, including Waiora. This is just one of the services that TSS provides all of our independent contractors.

3. Yes, please go here. Those individuals will have to pay the cost of shipping Waiora to their out of the USA address themselves and their monthly fees will be $25.00 due to the charges to TSS for out-of-USA merchant debiting of their credit cards.

4. Let TSS know and we will use those leads. We will take any new member from those leads and fill in the matrix left to right, so they will benefit you anyway.

5. This page has all the information that you will need.

6. When you have 4 members under you on any level, each paying you a commission of $5.00 per month, TSS will automatically deduct your $20.00---4 x $5.00=$20.00. You will then receive an e-mail (or a letter) telling you that you no longer owe your $20.00 fees each month, your commissions will pay it for you! #32 and 33.

7. YES! We suggest that each member en roll their first 3 new members ASAP and then help them get their first 3! You may also en roll your 4th new member, place them in your down line where ever you wish and that will earn you $20 in TSS commissions and you no longer have to pay your TSS fees--we deduct it from your commissions!

8. We only pay out when the member has earned at least $30.00. However, The Stepping Stone does something fairly unique to MLM. When you earn $20.00 from your down line commissions, TSS will automatically take the first $20.00 from your commissions and pay your $20.00 monthly TSS fee. Then you never have to pay the $20.00 again from YOUR pocket! Plus you will get a check for $10.00. So, continue to make your $20.00 monthly payments until TSS notifies you that you no longer owe.

9. When you have 4 members on any level they will each pay you $5.00 for a total of $20.00. Instead of paying you the $20.00 and then you paying us right back for your monthly fee, TSS will keep the $20.00 in your TSS bank and you no longer owe your monthly fees. We take it out of your commissions.

10. We are a 3x3 matrix. You are at the top of your own 3x3 forced matrix so if someone does drop out you can put another new member in that spot. Also, whenever someone joins through our web site without an en-roller, they are placed into the first available "empty" spot in our down line. This will eventually fill in your down line so YOU do not miss a commission check in TSS or the companies we enter you into. This does take longer so to benefit yourself and those under you, if someone drops out it is best to replace them ASAP!

11. Send them to this web site and let us do it for you. TSS also has a conference call plan. If you have one or several who want to hear an explanation of how TSS works, call us at 512-216-2109 and request a conference call. TSS works very hard at being available for scheduling these individual calls.

12. The best way is to e-mail us. Only use the phone for issues that cannot be resolved any other way. This keeps us free to do our work and help start making you money! If you do find it necessary to call TSS, please leave your name (spelling your first and last name) and your phone number and your en-roller number if you have one.

13. Absolutely not! You MUST work and sell our services along with monthly leads to 3 new members. If you don't you leave it up to the company to fill in the "holes" in the down line by finding more and more independent contractors. This has NEVER worked in the past and will not work now. Your job IS to find 3 new independent contractors, more if you can---the more YOU sign up, the faster it works! Finding 3 members to enroll is a lot less work than a 40 hour a week job!

14. Mr. Gerald P. Nehra, an attorney who has had to defend MLM companies from regulatory scrutiny and attack, says "The legal rules of MLM companies must look something like this:

The company brings a Product or Service to the marketplace that:

is retail-able and
is being retailed

The product or service reaches the end user through direct sales representatives (independent contractors) rather than through traditional retail establishments.

The company's compensation plan:

is designed to reward representatives for the sales of the product or service they make
includes a feature that additionally rewards a representative who introduces an additional representative to the company, BASED ON the sales volume of the second representative."

15. Sell our services and leads to 3 others who will do the same thing you did----find 3 others to sell our services and leads also.

16. Yes, but remember if they have no plans on selling our services and leads to new independent contractors, it makes it much harder for our members who are selling and are working hard to get their 3 members. So, if you enroll 3 who do not sell our services and leads to anyone, you are responsible to find 3 for each of them, or 9 new members. It is a wonderful idea to "gift" someone into TSS, but it also comes with a responsibility.

17. Because each member is at the head of his/her own 3x3 forced matrix, they are not bringing in new members by themselves. Others in their down line are placing new members under themselves. This will keep your group growing. Also TSS will place new members under them that join without a sponsor on our web site. According to the legalities of MLM, recruiting cannot be mandatory for making money. But, unlike other MLM companies, where they would not make any commission checks, TSS WILL pay them commissions on their down line and they will be placed into our companies that we enter. However, this slows down the process of everyone joining our MLM companies and getting in their matrix to begin earning a commission check. Getting your own 3 members is the best and fastest way to get into our other MLM companies and earning a much more substantial commission check! 18. More power to you!!! Remember, The Stepping Stone is a 3x3 matrix but, the more that join the faster the entire process will go and the faster YOU will make money! You can place people who join under you anywhere you want them in your own 3x3 forced matrix group. The result? Your group of 39 fills in faster so you and your group get into $$$ faster.

19. Our refund policy is 30 days after your sign in date. We will refund your entire $20.00 less the cost to us to do so. Call us at 512-216-2109 and leave your name, en roller number, and telephone number. At any time before the last day of the month you may discontinue your membership by calling TSS. If we have already debited your account we will issue a refund as stated above.

20. Yes, any part of our web site may be printed and used to enroll new members. However, keep in mind that websites do not always print out and look the same. We have some material already posted, and you can make your own, but it must be approved by the TSS office before you use it.

21. Yes, but they MUST be approved by The Stepping Stone office first. You may submit them by mail, or in an e-mail for faster service.

23. We do four things:

We keep a record of your down line and pay you a commission check based on that
We provide you a monthly record of that down line
We allow all our members to print out any and all of our web site to help them in their sponsoring of others
We carefully research product driven MLM companies and choose them according to their years in business, financial stability, and product qualities. We then place our members, in a left to right matrix, in the companies as our members qualify with their commission checks from TSS.
We send you approximately 2,000 "opt in" e-mail addresses that include names, telephone numbers, and physical addresses every month.

24. We do our payroll after the 10th of each month. For example: You will be paid for the current month in the following month. June's commissions are paid in July and so on.

25. Yes, it must reach us by the 10th day of each month. Waiora does it's auto debits on the 19th so our funds must be in our business account no later than the 19th. Our merchant account holds back as much as 7 days to pay us for all credit card debits. If there is a holiday or weekend that will add days to the 7 so this means we may not receive your money by the 19th if it is not debited by the 10th.

26. No, you NEVER pay more than $20.00 a month! When you reach a certain point in your TSS down line we will start to deduct $40.00. These deductions will progress from $40-$70-$80-$160-$320 -$640 as your TSS commissions increase. Why? We want to make you more money in TSS. Go to the "TSS Steps" button to see how this will progress and the increase the commissions that you will receive.

27. First go to the TSS Policy button on the upper right of this screen. In addition to those, you must not use the leads we send you to spam. We have a zero tolerance on spamming! You will be removed as a member if you break this rule! You may copy any and all of our web site to use to promote your business. Any other material that you may want to use MUST be e-mailed or sent to The Stepping Stone office for preview. Only then will you be allow to use it. All monies must be in our office no later than the last day of the month. Our credit card and checking account debits will be on the last day of each month. Failure to pay by the last day of each month will result in your monies not being sent to our other companies. Therefore your commission will be sent directly to you, but you will not be active in our other companies for that month only. No income claims may be made. All income is based entirely on the work that each member puts into his/her business.

28. Yes, you will loose your position. There is no way we can pay your up line if you do not pay us. Therefore, it is vital that you remit the $20.00 no later than the last day of each month.

31. You may leave your membership to anyone in your will or living trust. You may also give it as a gift or transfer it into someone else's name. It is yours to do with as you wish. You must notify TSS in writing if you want your membership to be placed in a will or living trust.

When you have enrolled 5 new members you will receive a $10.00 bonus. When you have enrolled 10 new members you will receive $15.00. When you have enrolled 15 new members you will receive $20.00.
As you progress through the TSS steps you will also earn bonuses.

When you first join, $5.00 to your direct en-roller
$5.00 to the member who en-rolled them
$5.00 to the member who en-rolled them
$5.00 to TSS. Go to the TSS steps page to see how these fees from you and commissions to you increase as you go through the TSS steps.

35. Yes we do. Call 512-216-2109 to set up a conference call with you, TSS, and your prospective new members. We will do our best to accommodate your date and time. This conference calling is currently in place.

36. Your TSS commissions increase. When we deduct $20 you are paid $5.00 for everyone in your down line. When we deduct $40 you are paid $10 per member. At the $70.00 deduction level you are paid $20 per member. At the $160 level you are paid $40 per member under you. At the $320 level you are paid $80 per member and at the $640 level you are paid $160 per member. This is how you enter and advance you through the TSS Steps. Also, if you continue to en-roll others, you are placed into a "bonus pool." We use part of the monthly fees going to TSS to pay our members a "bonus" as they progress from one step to another in TSS.

38. Let TSS know and we will have our staff send these e-mails out so they do not go to waste. If someone joins from these e-mails that new member will be placed into the next "empty position" in the down line. This may or may not benefit you immediately, but eventually all will benefit.
